Night Differential Calculator
The 10% night shift rule
Article 86 of the Labor Code entitles every employee to a night shift differential of not less than 10% of the regular hourly rate for each hour worked between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Many BPO and healthcare employers pay more (15–25%) — check your contract, and use the selector above.
Stacking with overtime and holidays
Night differential stacks on top of other premiums: if you work overtime at night, the 10% is computed on the overtime rate; on a regular holiday, on the 200% holiday rate. Combine this tool with the holiday pay calculator for those cases.
