PhilHealth premium in 2026
The premium rate is 5% of monthly basic salary — the final rate under the Universal Health Care Act (RA 11223) schedule. It applies to salaries between the ₱10,000 floor (fixed ₱500 premium) and the ₱100,000 ceiling (fixed ₱5,000 premium). For employed members, employee and employer split it 50/50; self-employed and voluntary members pay the full 5%.
